Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Restaurant Supervisor for Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The role leads hourly staff in daily duties and prioritizes tasks to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The position offers hourly pay in the $20.00–$25.00 range with a benefits package and a focus on safety and service. Responsibilities include training, counseling, and assisting in staffing decisions to meet budget and volume goals while maintaining a welcoming guest

Qualifications

• One year of related experience required.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities.
• Basic math skills and computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail).
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members and ensure proper stock for service.
• Assist managers in training and developing the team and handling counseling reports.
• Collaborate with managers to address operational deficiencies and staffing within budget.
• Greet guests professionally and monitor needs within your area.
