Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the Bar and Dining Room area is stocked and policies are met.
• Assist managers in training and development of Bartenders and restaurant staff.
• Collaborate with manager on operational deficiencies and staffing levels within budgetary goals and business volume.
• Greet guests professionally and monitor guests’ and team member needs.
