Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist management in creating an environment where transformational leadership is applied.
• Lead team huddles, exercises, and trainings according to management direction.
• Monitor performance and quality of direct reports and take action if needed.
• Oversee attendance and ensure policy compliance and timely documentation.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and address issues promptly.
• Open and close locations according to guidelines.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
