Job summary

Goodwill San Diego is seeking an experienced supervisor to assist the Manager in daily department operations, aiming to achieve revenue and production goals while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

You will support staff development, monitor performance metrics, and help implement organizational initiatives. A CA Driver’s License and relevant experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED with an Associate degree or related certificate preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field at hire or 3–5 years GISD experience in level 5 or 6 position, or combination of past experience and GISD experience totaling 5 years.
• CA Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance requirements; insured vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in ensuring department revenues are achieved.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and quality merchandise.
• Collaborate with Manager to adjust strategy based on staffing, product flow, and performance indicators.
• Develop staff and motivate to achieve departmental goals.
