Shusters Builders Supplies Inc. is seeking a motivated digital sales and marketing assistant to collaborate with the eCommerce team. You will help ensure the user experience in our proprietary configuration software is accurate from quote to order.

You will work cross-functionally with management, warehouse, and shipping to address order changes and customer satisfaction, while supporting other functions as needed. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• 2–4 years work experience.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Reliable and eager to learn on the fly.

SUMMARY

A leader in the millwork industry has an amazing opportunity for a motivated, digital sales and marketing assistant. This position would work closely with our eCommerce team, ensuring that the user experience on our proprietary configuration software is accurate and efficient from quote to order.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES

• Work with our eCommerce team to develop and maintain order entry data fields, bills of materials, and ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Cross-functional teamwork: communicate and coordinate not only with the e-commerce team, but management, warehouse, and shipping departments to address order changes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide support to other company functions, responsibilities and team members when necessary.
• Customer focused approach by solving customer problems and making corrections in software to fix urgent issues

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on-the-fly and use the resources and knowledge at your disposal to fulfill our customer's expectations.
• Self-motivated, drive to work independently and as part of a team to enhance and improve existing processes with our company eCommerce experience.
• Ideal candidate would have strong foundational computer skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe products. Will train as necessary in other software applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects and manage time wisely.
• Must have willingness to learn about industry manufacturing processes in order to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, a MUST.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field a plus but not required
• 2-4 years of work experience

• Reliable and dependable with a willingness to learn on the fly

Starting wages will be based on applicant's experience and willingness to learn different office functions
