Responsibilities

• Correspond with vendors to obtain product information.
• Review, write or edit product names, descriptions, and specifications.
• Merchandise and prepare site for online promotions.
• Troubleshoot and manage customer service tickets submitted through the website.
• Light photo editing (training available).
• Data entry duties associated with SEO.
• Other administrative duties for the Ecommerce Team.
