The position emphasizes program administration, analytics, and process improvement to drive profitable growth and accurate channel documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years Excel skills with advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, AND, OR).
• 2+ Years experience in ecommerce and/or retail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Engineering or Business.

Responsibilities

• Administer MAP policy and compliance processes.
• Manage Authorized Online Reseller Program (AORP) onboarding and renewals.
• Serve as first point of contact for daily retail and eCommerce operational requests.
• Develop reporting on MAP compliance, reseller activity, and channel performance.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement of channel policies and systems.
