Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Retail & eCommerce Operations Specialist in Davidson, NC. The role focuses on administering MAP and the Authorized Online Reseller Program (AORP), while coordinating with Pricing, Sales, Legal and Channel partners to ensure policy compliance and efficient operations.

The position supports channel readiness, reporting, and continuous improvement, enabling profitable growth across retail and eCommerce channels in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years Excel experience with advanced formulas.
• 2+ years ecommerce/retail experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer MAP program: monitor pricing, investigations, compliance records, and reporting.
• Oversee Authorized Online Reseller Program: applications, onboarding, renewals, documentation.
• Monitor reseller compliance and support audits across marketplaces.
• Serve as primary ops contact for pricing, listings, product setup, content and compliance issues.
• Support retailer setup, assortment updates, transitions, channel readiness, and SOPs.
• Develop and distribute MAP, reseller activity, and performance reports.
• Analyze channel data to improve execution and partner satisfaction.
• Drive governance by standardizing policies and implementing new systems.
