Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing eCommerce operations or subscription checkout flows.
• Strong analytical skills with conversion funnels and retention metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Stripe checkout and payments.
• Experience running A/B tests to inform roadmap decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple pricing tiers and campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end online purchase funnel, including plan pages, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
• Manage pricing pages, plan comparisons, and promotions for Athlete and Team plans.
• Analyze funnel, conversion, and subscription performance data and report results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to test and ship signup, upgrade, and renewal improvements.
• Plan and execute merchandising, upsell, and cross-sell strategies across free-to-paid and tier-upgrade paths.
• Coordinate with marketing on landing pages, email campaigns, and promotions tied to subscription sign-ups and renewals.
