You will coordinate with developers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver enhancements, ensure performance, and uphold brand standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ecommerce, strong platform experience, and a passion for AI tools to improve productivity, QA, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, website operations, digital commerce, or ecommerce project management.
• Experience managing ecommerce websites and digital projects.
• Hands-on experience with major ecommerce platforms.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, QA, and launch planning experience.
• Knowledge of ecommerce technologies, integrations, analytics, tracking, checkout systems, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and visual design judgment.
• Experience using analytics and behavior tracking tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ecommerce website operations and related digital systems.
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, designers, and internal teams to implement enhancements.
• Monitor website performance, mobile responsiveness, and checkout issues.
• Lead ecommerce projects from planning through launch with QA and testing.
• Ensure brand consistency and optimal user experience across desktop and mobile.
• Utilize analytics tools to identify opportunities and report on performance.
• Support marketing with landing pages, tracking, and checkout improvements.
