Born Primitive is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the performance of its digital storefronts across US, Canada, and EU regions. You will lead conversion rate optimization, merchandising, and the tech stack while working with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to drive down acquisition costs and improve the customer journey.

The role is on-site at our Virginia Beach headquarters, with growth opportunities as the business scales and processes mature.

Formación

• 3+ years in ecommerce with 2+ years on Shopify Plus and team leadership.
• Proven CRO success on high-traffic ecommerce sites across multiple storefronts.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management capabilities.
• Solid SEO experience and good UX/UI judgment for merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Own conversion rate and site experiences across three storefronts from landing to post-purchase.
• Partner with Product/Merchandising to keep catalog and navigation clean and aligned with selling points.
• Own the ecommerce tech stack and ensure ROI on tools and investments.
• Lead site structure, technical hygiene, and hands-on adjustments during peak selling periods.
• Build and lead the Ecommerce Team; collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Email/SMS.
• Oversee SEO implementation and GEO/agentic channels as they develop.
• Present work, results, and roadmaps to leadership with clear business cases.
