Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart or other eCommerce retailers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer support/experience.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear out orders in Nourison internal systems (CAMS/AS400) and retailer profiles.
• Track and ship internal gifting or sample shipments.
• Communicate delays or variances to shipping dates with account executives and partners.
• Maintain multiple eCommerce accounts and handle orders, shipments, claims, and feedback per policy.
