Job summary

NacSpace/Elliott Electric is seeking a detail-oriented e-commerce specialist to manage the day-to-day fulfillment of orders on our website and online buying cooperatives. This role will serve as a key contact between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure orders are accurately processed, competitively priced, delivered on time, and profitable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business coursework is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce or order fulfillment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and fulfill online orders submitted through the website and online coops.
• Process orders accurately and capture all required information.
• Communicate with customers about order status and delivery dates.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate direct shipments with stores.
• Work with purchasing and vendors to identify replacements.
• Review pricing and costs to keep sales profitable.
• Maintain records of orders, communications, and delivery details.
• Resolve order discrepancies and fulfillment issues with teams.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and accounting for smooth processing.
• Build positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Perform other duties related to e-commerce and support.
