Paper Roll Products is a national, employee-owned B2B distributor of POS consumables based in Eagan, MN. We seek a self-starter to drive digital growth, onboarding customers to BigCommerce, and expanding our footprint across multi-location accounts.

The role blends account development, eCommerce, and outbound prospecting, with a focus on pipeline growth and coordination with our outside sales team. Hybrid environment with strong leadership engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or account management in B2B.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms.
• Strong phone and email communication; comfortable with outbound volume.
• CRM or sales-engagement tool proficiency (Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Migrate customers to PRP’s BigCommerce storefront and drive onboarding adoption.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts and expand footprint.
• Generate warm leads for outside sales using Apollo.
• Manage marketplace growth and oversee listings, pricing, and performance.
• Provide weekly updates to the VP of Sales on onboarding progress and pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shipment, product, and billing issues.
