Job summary

Up With Paper, the original pop-up greeting card company, seeks an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day product listings across all channels, ensuring accurate, compelling content and consistent execution.

You will optimize titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords; manage photos and assets; monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment with warehouse teams; and drive online sales growth across DTC site, wholesale, Instagram Shop, Faire, Amazon, Walmart, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2–4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar.
Faire.com experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of SEO and product listing optimization.

Responsibilities

Upload and manage product listings across all channels.
Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
Upload and organize product photography and assets per each platform's specs.
Create, update, and regularly monitor product content on e-commerce portals.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure in-stock availability across channels.
Coordinate replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and lost sales.
Maintain accurate product data including pricing, images, descriptions, and specs.
Ensure brand consistency across all e-commerce sites.
Collaborate with Inventory/Warehouse teams for timely shipments.
Manage invoicing related to e-commerce operations and vendors.
Track expenses tied to e-commerce tools, advertising, and marketplaces.
Monitor listing performance and update listings based on data.
Provide regular sales/ops report-outs to management.
