Job summary

ITS Logistics, a fast-growing 3PL, is seeking an Account Specialist to support our eCommerce-driven operations. You will serve as the main liaison between warehouse teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate communication and service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics customer service, experience with billing and invoicing, and proficiency with WMS/TMS/ERP/CRM systems. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities and exposure to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, ticketing systems, and internal platforms
• Partner with Client Success Managers to align on client expectations and service delivery
• Provide updates on orders, inventory, exceptions, and service issues
• Resolve client inquiries, escalations, and discrepancies quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely order processing, fulfillment, and shipping
• Investigate and resolve order issues, inventory discrepancies, and returns
• Ensure accurate data entry in WMS and related platforms
• Prepare and manage weekly and/or monthly client invoicing
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and respond to client billing inquiries
• Work with finance to maintain billing accuracy and timeliness
• Track and report on KPIs including order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, and SLA adherence
• Assist in generating client-facing reports and performance summaries
• Identify trends and escalate potential service risks
