Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, customer service, or account management experience.
• Experience supporting key customer relationships (preferred).
• Experience with CargoWise or similar transportation management system (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Operational Oversight & Problem Resolution: Monitor transportation activity, analyze trends, and coordinate with dispatch, operations, carriers, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Reporting & Performance Management: Generate customer performance reports, KPIs, and metrics, presenting findings to management.
• Customer Retention & Growth Support: Contribute to business reviews and onboarding activities for new accounts.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: Identify efficiency opportunities and support cross-functional projects.
