Job summary

VitaHustle, a fast-growing health and wellness brand in El Segundo, is hiring an Ecommerce & Lifecycle Manager to own the customer journey across ecommerce, CRM, subscriptions and lifecycle experiences. You will lead Shopify-centric optimization, CRO testing, email/SMS automation and retention programs, collaborating with creative, analytics and development to drive conversion and LTV.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration and a passion for wellness.

Qualifications

3 years of relevant experience with a DTC brand.
Strong Shopify, CRO, email/SMS and subscription experience.
Track record of improving conversion, retention, AOV and LTV.
Ability to work cross-functionally across creative, analytics and development.
Passion for health, wellness and consumer brands.

Responsibilities

Own Shopify performance, merchandising, landing pages, apps, integrations and QA.
Develop CRO testing roadmap to increase conversion rate and AOV.
Lead email and SMS strategy & automation across campaigns and lifecycle flows.
Drive retention: subscription growth, loyalty, and churn reduction.
Perform customer cohort analysis and lifecycle reporting.
Oversee customer support, reviews, surveys and feedback programs.
Lead AI-powered tools and workflows across CRM functions.
