Job summary

Helios WorldWide seeks a data-driven E-commerce Performance Operator / Manager to own our digital storefront and growth marketing results in Santa Monica. You will drive customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and unit economics while overseeing media buying and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities include optimizing Shopify experiences, launching A/B tests, and building real-time dashboards to inform management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing and e-commerce operations for a DTC brand.
• Strong Shopify expertise, including apps and landing page builders.
• Analytical mastery to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Growth mindset with solid working knowledge of ad platforms and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid acquisition channels and drive ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV targets.
• Audit and optimize Shopify funnel, landing pages, and checkout flows.
• Launch and iterate on A/B tests for CVR and AOV.
• Build real-time dashboards and deliver weekly performance summaries.
