• 5+ years in performance marketing, ecommerce growth, or digital strategy.
• Experience scaling Shopify-based DTC brands.
• Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Analytical mindset translating data into growth strategy.
• Structured testing and optimization programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Manage advertising budgets, optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale.
• Develop testing frameworks to improve creative performance.
• Translate brand storytelling into high-performing acquisition campaigns.
• Own Shopify storefront performance and conversions across pages and UX.
• Run structured A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Partner with developers to implement UX and performance improvements.
• Build a roadmap for scaling our direct-to-consumer channel.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities across the journey.
• Develop reporting frameworks linking marketing to revenue outcomes.
