Job summary

Meyer Distributing, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to join the Jasper team. The role focuses on managing and growing assigned accounts with emphasis on customer service and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders and pricing, monitoring sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and data quality for dealers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Statistics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and research skills.
• Ability to work both within a team and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Able to consistently meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and pricing for competitive opportunities.
• Review sales performance.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge system utilized.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Develop a knowledgeable understanding of products and identify opportunities to improve product data.
• Oversee and address customer service related aspects, product questions, returns, and order related issues.
• Communicate and present data to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
