Meyer Distributing is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our Jasper team. The role focuses on managing and growing assigned accounts through data-driven insights, superior customer service, and effective product data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Statistics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and research skills.

Responsabilités

• Review orders and pricing for competitive opportunities.
• Review sales performance.
• Develop and maintain a knowledgeable understanding system utilized.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Develop a knowledgeable understanding of products and identify opportunities to improve product data.
• Oversee and address customer service related aspects, product questions, returns, and order related issues.
• Communicate and present data to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
