Meyer Distributing, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to join the Jasper team. The role focuses on managing and growing assigned accounts with emphasis on customer service and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders and pricing, monitoring sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and data quality for dealers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Statistics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and research skills.
• Ability to work both within a team and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Able to consistently meet deadlines.

Meyer Distributing is looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our Jasper team.

Meyer Distributing is a complete wholesale distributor: automotive, RV/towing, outdoor living, marine, and more. With 85+ locations across the country, Meyer services dealers nationwide.

The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for the customer service, management & growth of an assigned account. This includes growing the account through reviewing & monitoring sales, maintaining a quality customer experience by providing superior customer service, & identifying potential growth opportunities.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Duties for Account Managers:

• Review orders & pricing for competitive opportunities
• Review sales performance
• Develop & maintain a knowledgeable understanding system utilized
• Provide superior customer service
• Develop a knowledgeable understanding of products & identify opportunities opt improve product data
• Oversee & address customer service related aspects, product questions, returns, & order related issues
• Communicate & present data to leadershipOther duties as assigned
