Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, data analytics, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and fact-checking skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Experience with data analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle all daily tasks in Workfront pertaining to your category of business.
• Ensure timely product launches and accurate online listings (titles, copy, pictures, videos, A+ content).
• Manage listing updates quarterly in collaboration with Marketing.
• Handle Amazon catalog cleanup and tickets impacting your categories.
• Review weekly purchase orders and resolve issues to improve fill rates and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and address out-of-stock concerns proactively.
• Develop dashboards for critical tasks to provide transparency and timelines.
• Stay updated on platform changes and educate the broader team.
