• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of business, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience with data analytics or related field

• Must be flexible & adaptable to constantly changing methods and objectives
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills
• Business data analysis and the ability to translate findings into strategic recommendations

• Proficient in administrative software including Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy for your category based on data insights, market understanding, and competition.
• Present business insights to cross-functional teams from weekly POS data and daily activities.
• Develop subject matter expertise and manage day-to-day business admin for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Advertising Manager to advertise key items and grow sales.
• Lead weekly meetings with product management to align growth strategies.
• Develop a promotional strategy aligned with Pricing and update the Promotional Calendar.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on inventory levels for optimal sales opportunities.
• Participate in meetings on new product/brand launches and business reviews.
• Drive strategies to manage excess and idle inventory and pricing/content strategies.
• Create and maintain a dashboard of tactical activities for growth.
• Prepare internal pricing requests balancing profitability with margins.
• Multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
