Job summary

RugsUSA, LLC. is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of wholesale and marketplace accounts. You will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, imagery, and content to drive online sales.

You will collaborate with Codarus representatives and the Inside Sales team to resolve issues, support growth, and deliver insightful reports and product updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, account management, customer support, sales operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience working with ecommerce marketplaces, wholesale accounts, product content, and digital assets is preferred.
• Ability to analyze information, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operational needs of multiple wholesale and marketplace ecommerce accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and reps regarding product information, pricing, promotional calendar, imagery, specifications, inventory inquiries, and account support.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and requests, coordinating with internal teams as needed to provide solutions.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, product visibility, and overall business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reps, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for Codarus representatives and the AS ISR team and/or Marketplace account managers regarding ecommerce account information and support.
• Prepare and distribute reports, sales updates, product information, and other requested business insights.
• Coordinate new product launches, assortment updates, pricing changes, and content updates across assigned accounts.
• Ensure account data and product information remain accurate and up to date across customer platforms.
• Escalate and help resolve customer issues, content discrepancies, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
