Job summary

HydroJug is seeking an Ecommerce Manager based in Ogden, UT to own our DTC storefront, retailer content, and wholesale portal across Shopify, Target/Walmart, DSG, and Costco. You will drive merchandising, conversions, and content alignment with sell-in calendars.

You'll partner with Marketing Creative, Sales NAMs, and Operations to keep assets fresh, ensure item setup accuracy, and maintain a calendar-driven delivery cadence across brands.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of ecommerce experience spanning DTC and retailer content operations.
• Hands-on Shopify experience or equivalent ecommerce platform.
• Familiarity with retailer item-management systems (Target Item Suite, RetailLink, Walmart Supplier Center) a strong plus.
• Experience with B2B wholesale portals or partner portals is a plus.
• Multi-brand or multi-SKU content management at scale.
• Strong project management and calendar ownership.
• Collaborative communicator across Creative, Sales, and Operations.
• Ogden, UT based or willing to relocate; in-office role.

Responsibilities

• DTC Storefront merchandising, PDP layout, and on-site promotions
• Optimize conversion rate and funnel performance
• Own daily storefront health: uptime, checkout flow, app integrations
• Manage PDP content across target.com, walmart.com, dsg.com, samsclub.com, costco.com with assets
• Conduct content audits and maintain freshness ahead of resets
• Manage item setup and variant relationships in retailer item-management systems
• Coordinate asset delivery with Marketing Creative and ensure retailer specs are met
