Job summary

Kabrita North America is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Manager to grow our business on Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com and our Shopify DTC site across the U.S. and Canada.

You will run daily operations, manage agency partners, and translate performance data into actionable decisions to boost sales, customer experience and profitability. Reporting to the E-commerce Director, you will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, and work from our Hoboken, NJ office two days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in consumer products.
• Strong, hands-on Amazon expertise: Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Practical Shopify and DTC experience with merchandising and retention programs.
• Understand pricing, promotions, advertising, platform fees and fulfillment costs.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing agencies and coordinating deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Run daily Amazon operations and coordinate activity across Walmart/Target and other marketplaces.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, inventory and account health.
• Optimize Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands with agency support.
• Manage listings, brand stores, and enhanced content for discovery and conversion.
• Coordinate product launches and promotions; manage platform support cases.
• Lead DTC merchandising, promotions and site improvements; partner on subscriptions and retention.
• Deliver KPI reporting (sales, conversion, AOV, CAC, repeat purchase) with recommendations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on availability risks and forecasting.
