Hybrid Digital, an eCommerce apparel company located in Lewis Center, seeks an Account Operations Specialist to manage and grow ecommerce accounts by coordinating with merchandisers, overseeing listings, and ensuring quality and compliance.

You will collaborate with Account Managers to achieve sales goals and develop compelling assortments for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target+ and Shopify. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of ecommerce account management or merchandising in apparel/fashion.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with the Account Manager to achieve company sales goals for owned accounts.
• Merchandising: Collaborate with Merchandisers to create compelling new product assortments.
• Listing Management: Own the listing creation process using automated tools and bulk upload processes to ensure accurate and brand-compliant listings.
• Quality Control: Audit account listings daily for accuracy, brand compliance, and inventory levels.
• Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to plan assortments to drive incremental sales volume.
