A growing eCommerce apparel organization is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support and expand online retail accounts. This fully onsite role in Lewis Center, Ohio, requires a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in eCommerce account management. Responsibilities include collaborating with account managers, managing product listings, and developing merchandising strategies to drive revenue growth. Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce account management or merchandising, preferably within apparel or fashion.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.

• Support sales growth and performance of assigned eCommerce accounts.
• Develop compelling product assortments with merchandising teams.
• Manage product listing process for accurate listings.
• Perform daily audits of account listings.
