Wildfang in Portland, OR is seeking a seasoned growth leader to own ecommerce growth, driving acquisition, retention and revenue across paid media, CRM, and the digital storefront. You will set channel strategies, optimize the customer journey, and align marketing with business goals.

You will manage external agencies, lead the ecommerce team, and partner with Creative, Brand, Product, Ops and Finance to scale performance. Remote-friendly with travel to PDX.

Formación

• 8+ years of ecommerce or growth experience
• Strong analytical and retail math skills
• Experience leading ecommerce teams
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis
• Shopify experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Own acquisition and retention strategies across paid media, CRM, site, and emerging digital channels
• Manage external agency partners and set clear goals and budgets
• Stay current on platforms, consumer behavior, technology, and trends
• Own the ecommerce business performance including revenue, conversion, and KPIs
• Lead the ecommerce team and collaborate cross-functionally across Creative, Brand, Product, Ops, and Finance
• Set expectations, goals, and accountability to build a high-performing culture
