Job summary

Prowire USA, an ecommerce distributor of wires and interconnects, is seeking a senior growth/marketing leader to own the commercial engine. You will set strategy, execute across SEO, email, and site experience, and partner with a web developer to drive growth in a lean, hands-on role.

You will manage campaigns, testing, and budget while shaping the function for future team expansion; expect a high autonomy environment with leadership access.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce.
• Has owned a revenue or growth number, not only marketing metrics.
• B2B ecommerce experience selling physical products.
• Hands-on SEO and email automation experience.
• Has built or scaled a growth function in a small company with limited resources.

Responsibilities

• Own growth metrics: new customer acquisition, repeat purchasing, share of wallet with KPI ownership.
• Analyze the funnel, find data-driven opportunities, run experiments.
• Lead search strategy: on-page SEO and AI-driven search optimization.
• Oversee email marketing lifecycle, campaigns, automation, segmentation, cart recovery.
• Shape merchandising, site experience, product launch workflows with the web developer.
• Manage channels and budget, select agencies, and drive ROI.
• Provide brand input and pricing guidance, CEO finalizes pricing.
• Build the function with reporting, playbooks, and team expansion plan.
