Powered by Search is seeking a seasoned individual contributor to own the demand engine for our B2B audience. You’ll run SEO, GEO, and paid media hands-on, and become the voice buyers know before they book a call.

You’ll work fully remotely, coordinating with in-house AI agents and HubSpot Enterprise to feed an inbound pipeline. If you’ve marketed to marketers at agencies or B2B tech, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing to marketers at agencies, pro services, or B2B firms.
• Personally ran SEO, GEO, and paid acquisition.
• Comfortable in front of camera, mic, and room.
• Scrappy and able to ship a rough version quickly.
• Accountable for qualified opportunities and pipeline dollars.
• Seeking an individual contributor, not a future manager.
• Stayed 2+ years in each of the last two roles.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition channels (SEO, GEO, paid) and owned media.
• Lead live channels (webinars, podcasts, events) to feed inbound calls.
• Leverage existing ABM motions and in-house AI agents and HubSpot Enterprise.
