Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking an experienced Manager, eCommerce for the U.S. market to lead the digital growth of Star Brands Group.

You will own the strategy and execution across major platforms, with a focus on Amazon and digital retail, ensuring visibility, conversion, and profitability. You will collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Ops to align eCommerce initiatives with omnichannel goals, while managing agency partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or shopper marketing.
• Proven experience managing Amazon and major eRetail platforms, including retail media and digital shelf.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the U.S. eCommerce strategy across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and emerging channels.
• Translate brand and commercial priorities into actionable eCommerce plans (media, content, assortment, pricing, promotion).
• Define quarterly performance plans, KPIs, and investment priorities with focus on conversion, share and ROAS.
• Lead performance tracking and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scale.
• Drive test-and-learn initiatives to optimize performance and explore new marketplace opportunities.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day eCommerce lead coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
