Star Brands Group is seeking a Manager, eCommerce to lead U.S. digital growth for The Pink Stuff and related brands.

You will own strategy and execution across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging channels, driving visibility, conversion, and share while building scalable eCommerce capabilities. You will partner with Sales, Brand, Demand Gen, and Operations to align budgets, forecasts, and go-to-market plans, with a focus on measurable ROAS and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or shopper marketing, preferably within CPG or retail.
• Proven experience managing Amazon and major eRetail platforms, including retail media, digital shelf, and performance analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization.

• Own eCommerce strategy & performance across Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, and emerging channels.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans across media, content, assortment, pricing, and promotion.
• Define quarterly KPIs and investment priorities with focus on conversion, share, ROAS, and traffic.
• Lead performance tracking, test-and-learn initiatives, and opportunities to scale.
• Develop channel-specific growth plans and manage strategic retailer relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Operations to align forecasts and budgets.
