Job summary

Lack + Daily Marketing Recruiting Experts is seeking an experienced ECommerce Lead for a growing consumer brands portfolio in the NY Metro/NJ region. You will drive Amazon and other eCommerce initiatives, optimize PDPs, and lead digital shelf optimization across marketplaces.

You’ll partner with Brand, Sales, and Media teams to accelerate online growth, analyze performance data, and implement AI-enabled workflows to enhance content creation and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing or eCommerce experience with hands-on Amazon.
• 3+ years in direct digital commerce/eCommerce with ownership of digital shelf optimization.
• Direct experience managing Amazon product listings and digital shelf content.
• Understanding of Amazon search, SEO, product discoverability, conversion drivers, and marketplace performance.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central is valuable.
• Familiarity with Amazon retail media and the relationship between paid search, organic rankings, content, and conversion.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret eCommerce performance data and turn insights into action.
• Experience with consumer products, ideally within CPG, health and wellness, beauty, or a related category.

Responsibilities

• Drive Amazon and eCommerce initiatives across a portfolio of consumer brands.
• Optimize Amazon PDPs, including titles, imagery, A+ content, keywords, taxonomy, ratings, and reviews.
• Improve organic search visibility, product discoverability, and conversion across Amazon and other online retailers.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actions to improve results.
• Support eCommerce commercialization of new products, including assortment, pack architecture, bundles, and channel-specific offerings.
• Partner with Sales and Media teams to align product content, assortment, pricing, availability, and retail media strategies.
• Establish best practices for digital shelf execution and ongoing content optimization.
• Explore AI and automation tools to improve content development, digital shelf monitoring, and eCommerce workflows.
