Job summary

Prestige Consumer Healthcare, based in the New York area, seeks an Associate Director of Digital Marketing to drive eCommerce growth on Amazon and across omnichannel platforms. You will lead the retail media strategy, optimize digital shelf presence, and manage budgets with in‑house and agency partners.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced consumer health environment; CPG brand management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, and/or performance marketing.
• Experience leading omnichannel retail media programs with strong budget ownership.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the retail media strategy, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and emerging formats.
• Own the digital shelf optimization and PDP/content strategy to maximize conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Agency teams to align objectives with data-driven plans.
• Monitor performance metrics, ROAS, and incrementality to optimize spend.
• Forecast media investments and connect them to sales outcomes.
• Mentor and develop team members while managing agency partners.
