Responsible for managing the multichannel workflow across the company, requiring the implementation of market-leading sales strategies, evolving technologies, and platforms. Establishes and maintains multichannel SOPs. Ensures consistent collaboration, training, and alignment with retail. Maintains a culture aligned with GISD core values and leadership principles.
High School diploma/GED required; BA/BS, or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field preferred
Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a related field, or 3 years of GISD level 4-6 experience, or an equivalent combination of past experience and GISD experience.
Must have a CA Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company requirements. Must also have an insured, reliable vehicle.
Available during all operational hours & for after-hours/emergency calls as needed.
