Goodwill Industries of San Diego County is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor to assist the manager and management team in daily operations across retail and bookstore locations. You will oversee opening/closing, staff supervision, ensuring policy compliance, and communicating with District/Senior Managers.
The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, strong customer service skills, and ability to operate a POS system.

Assists the manager and management team in the daily operations. Daily duties will include management functions, opening/closing store, and overseeing production/retail operations. Ensures all staff follows policies and procedures. Must be able to support multiple retail and/or bookstore locations as needed. Will assist in overseeing the operations of those stores. Communicates weekly to the supported retail store’s District Manager, or bookstore’s Senior Manager.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and/or Associate’s Degree. 2 years of college/technical school preferred.
Two to five years related experience.
Email, internet use, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have a CA Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company’s requirements.
Ability to operate electronic cash register. Ability to work with simple arithmetic (addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages, etc.). Ability to read and understand sales reports.
