Allegiance Search Group is seeking an eCommerce Growth Director to helm the DTC strategy, lead growth initiatives, and optimize performance across Shopify and TikTok Shop. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on driving revenue, profitability, and customer lifetime value through data-driven marketing and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must come from the CPG industry.
• Experience in eCommerce, digital growth, or performance marketing in beauty/personal care.
• Strong paid media experience across social, search, and affiliate channels.
• Proven success driving DTC revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience managing Shopify-based eCommerce businesses.
• Familiarity with CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, revenue growth, and profitability of the DTC website and TikTok Shop.
• Set targets, budgets, and growth initiatives across digital channels.
• Oversee promotions, product launches, pricing, and merchandising.
• Forecast revenue and P&L with senior leadership.
• Improve CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV through optimization.
• Direct Shopify site management and CRO initiatives.
• Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
