Clarks is seeking a Director of Ecommerce, Americas to lead the day-to-day trading, site merchandising, content and campaigns across the Americas. You will drive sales, conversion, AOV and gross margin, while partnering with Marketing, IT, Merchandising and Finance to deliver a differentiated digital experience.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep ecommerce background, strong analytics, and a track record of translating customer and performance insights into measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive ecommerce leadership experience in retail or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, conversion, and margin through site trading.
• Strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day trading performance of ecommerce business across the Americas.
• Lead site merchandising, content, campaigns, and onsite optimization to hit KPIs.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Planning, Finance to align digital execution with commercial goals.
• Build and coach a high-performing Site Merchandising team and establish KPIs.
