Job summary

Megalabs North America is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive profitable Ecommerce growth across our portfolio of consumer brands. This is a hands-on, not just strategy, role requiring you to identify opportunities and personally execute them.

You will own performance across Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging channels, build acquisition funnels, manage CAC and ROAS, and work closely with Creative and CRM teams to lift LTV. This is an individual contributor role with no agencies involved.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on performance and growth marketing.
• Experience scaling Ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Advanced experience managing paid media performance.
• Strong Shopify and GA4 analytics understanding.
• Experience with CRO, landing pages, funnels and offers.

Responsibilities

• Own profitable Ecommerce growth across Megalabs USA brands.
• Personally manage and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and emergent channels.
• Develop acquisition strategies across paid social, paid search, landing pages, offers and funnels.
• Own CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, CVR, LTV and contribution margin tracking.
• Identify growth opportunities using Shopify, GA4 and customer data.
• Build and run rigorous creative testing programs around hooks and audiences.
• Collaborate with Creative to translate insights into better ads.
• Improve onsite conversion through CRO, landing tests, merchandising and promos.
• Work with CRM to boost repeat purchases and LTV.
• Develop launch and growth plans for new products and brands.
• Allocate marketing spend based on incremental growth and profitability.
