Job summary

Radial is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to join our eCommerce fulfillment operations. You will work in a fulfillment center, reporting to a supervisor/manager, handling vendor compliance duties, email dispositions, logs, and client VAS.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing or distribution, strong communication, and the ability to operate RF Android devices and Manhattan WMS. You will contribute to safety, process improvements, and cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience in warehousing or distribution operations.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal interaction and social skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and document the work of others according to established guidelines.
• Maintain cycle count and quality assurance programs.
• Understand inventory to make sound decisions on customer order cancellations.
• Reconcile and report audit discrepancies.
• Seek process improvements.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly metric reports.
• Understand and operate Android equipment.
• Support and maintain the quality management system.
• Audit inbound/outbound shipments as prescribed.
• Cross-train in additional departments.
• Train new hires as needed.
• Perform duties as directed by supervisors.
