Radwell International LLC is seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This full-time, on-site role supports order fulfillment, packaging, and shipment documentation to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced warehouse, maintain meticulous records, and collaborate across teams to resolve shipment issues while upholding safety standards and quality control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using shipping software or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for shipment by verifying product accuracy, condition, and quantity.
• Package products according to company standards to ensure safe transport.
• Process outgoing shipments utilizing shipping software and carrier systems.
• Verify shipping documentation, packing slips, and order information prior to shipment.
• Maintain shipping records and update company systems.
• Monitor shipment schedules and support timely order fulfillment.
• Follow established shipping procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
