Job summary

Rogers Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Web Fulfillment Assistant to oversee ecommerce orders across 70+ stores and vendors.

You will review orders, run complex process flows, and determine sourcing locations to fulfill guest orders accurately and on time using Salesforce Order Management System. This in‑office role requires attention to detail, strong communication with store teams, and the ability to work weekend hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and track online orders daily using Salesforce OMS.
• Analyze store/vendor inventory to source merchandise for orders.
• Coordinate with store teams and vendors to place orders and provide updates.
• Route orders to correct locations and enforce business rules.
• Maintain inventory records across locations and on the digital storefront.
• Support the Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager with admin tasks and reporting.
