Job summary

David seeks an experienced eCommerce Fulfillment Analyst to own the fulfillment engine across DTC, Amazon, and marketplaces. You will manage order flow, coordinate with 3PLs, and improve packaging and systems to scale the eCommerce operation.

You will lead channel performance, develop KPI dashboards, and drive network improvements while collaborating with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product teams. This full-time NYC role offers equity and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort building performance reports and operational trackers.
• Project management skills and a bias toward building processes.
• Comfort moving between strategic questions and operational details.
• Preferred: Experience with eCommerce 3PLs and understanding fulfillment vs retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage order flow across DTC, Amazon, and marketplace channels with accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the eCommerce 3PL on order processing, execution, and carrier handoffs.
• Monitor network status and navigate disruptions to limit impact on customer experience.
• Ensure SLA compliance across all channels and escalate systemic issues.
• Own channel health metrics for Amazon and marketplaces and drive corrective actions.
• Build and maintain reports on eCommerce fulfillment KPIs (shipped-on-time, cancel rate, cost per order).
• Benchmark against industry standards to identify gaps and improvements.
• Own fulfillment readiness for new product launches and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage operational setup for new channels and packaging configurations.
• Lead network strategy including 3PL onboarding and carrier improvements.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing on cross-functional initiatives.
