Fulfillment Operations Manager - eCommerce

As the eCommerce Fulfillment Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately, especially during peak seasons. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, implement innovative fulfillment strategies, and contribute to the company's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of Assistant Managers and seasonal staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end eCommerce order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate documentation for seamless operations.
• Continuously assess and improve fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols across the order fulfillment workflow.
• Ensure safety and compliance by following safety procedures and adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service, to align fulfillment activities with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment or warehouse management, with proven leadership and operational improvement skills.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with Deposco is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, especially during peak seasons requiring extended hours.
