Job summary

Happy Global Inc. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Fulfillment Manager to lead our on-site warehouse operations, oversee end-to-end fulfillment, and manage last-mile delivery partnerships.

You will design warehouse slotting, ensure inventory accuracy, and supervise a fulfillment team to maintain high service levels for e-commerce orders. The role requires strong 3PL background, hands-on operation management, and the ability to coordinate with parcel and trucking carriers.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in 3PL industry, with hands-on experience in warehouse operation, order fulfillment and physical delivery management.
• Solid experience in leading and managing fulfillment teams independently; candidates with only fulfillment coordination or customer service experience are not applicable.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in managing and collaborating with small parcel courier providers and trucking carriers.
• Professional expertise in warehouse slotting & layout design, inbound/outbound operation, as well as inventory management and dynamic inventory monitoring.
• Familiar with US local e-commerce logistics, last-mile delivery and distribution business models.
• Able to accept 50% regular travel between Los Angeles and Dallas.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills and cross-team coordination ability.
• Good command of English for daily business and carrier communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations, goods handover, order fulfillment and final delivery.
• Oversee full-cycle e-commerce fulfillment processes, including warehouse outbound, distribution, last-mile delivery and on-time order completion.
• Design and optimize warehouse slotting and layout for maximum operational efficiency; manage inbound & outbound workflows of the warehouse.
• Take charge of end-to-end inventory management and real-time dynamic inventory monitoring, ensure inventory accuracy and normal stock turnover.
• Manage and maintain relationships with all carriers, including small parcel courier services and trucking fleets; conduct daily communication, performance tracking and operational coordination.
• Monitor fulfillment KPIs, optimize operational workflows, improve delivery efficiency and ensure service quality.
• Resolve operational and delivery issues in a timely manner, and implement improvement plans continuously.
• Comply with local logistics regulations and internal operational SOPs, ensure standardized team management.
