Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or applicable years of experience.
• Typically 8+ years of professional experience and strong competency with the application tools, systems and process to accomplish the job.
• Experience managing individual contributors and a department or acting as a lead.
• Manages a team with more than 2 full-time direct reports, typically professional level roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the digital roadmap for .com, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Identify and execute opportunities that deliver profitable sales growth through digital channels and e-commerce initiatives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of customer performance marketing, optimize to drive consumer acquisition, engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure .com needs are included in the overall roadmap and bring stakeholders together for seamless execution at the account level.
• Partner with Photo Studio and account marketing to audit needs and enable assets for the .com customer.
