Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the digital roadmap for .com, aligning with business objectives and growth priorities.
Identify opportunities for profitable online sales growth through digital channels and e-commerce initiatives; leverage PIM solutions.
Oversee customer performance marketing and optimize for acquisition, engagement and revenue, sharing results with the organization.
Identify and implement innovative technologies and processes to enhance online selling capabilities and growth.
Optimize PDP content and digital experiences to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Photo Studio and account marketing to enable assets for the .com customer.
Establish relationships with partners to align messaging and optimize content across channels.
Work with cross-functional leaders to include .com needs in the overall roadmap and ensure seamless execution.
